§ 202. Money actions and actions involving chattels. The court shall\nhave jurisdiction of actions and proceedings for the recovery of money,\nactions and proceedings for the recovery of chattels and actions and\nproceedings for the foreclosure of liens on personal property where the\namount sought to be recovered or the value of the property does not\nexceed $50,000.\n
