§ 1909. Review of taxation. Within ten days the clerk's taxation may\nbe reviewed by the court upon two days' notice. The order must disallow\nany items wrongfully included in the judgment or add any items\nwrongfully omitted therefrom, and direct that any sum so disallowed be\ncredited upon any execution or other mandate issued to enforce the\njudgment. Unless a motion for review of the taxation is made, the\nclerk's taxation cannot be questioned on appeal.\n
