§ 1904. Certain costs added; additional allowance.
(a)Certain costs\nadded. Costs on appeal, and those awarded under § 1102 of this act, may\nbe added to the amount of costs otherwise applicable in the action.\n (b) Additional allowance.\n 1. Section 8302 of the CPLR, relating to an additional allowance as of\nright in certain real property actions in which plaintiff has recovered\njudgment, shall apply in this court. The allowance so calculated shall\nbe added to the amount of costs first calculated under other provisions\nof this article without reference to CPLR § 8302.\n 2. Section 8303 (a) of the CPLR, relating to an additional allowance\nin the court's discretion in certain actions, shall apply in this court\nto an action within its jurisdiction which falls within CPLR § 8303
