§ 1701. Appeals; to what court. Appeals shall be taken from the court\nto the appellate division of the supreme court in the department in\nwhich the action or proceeding is pending, unless an appellate term of\nthe supreme court has been established by said appellate division and it\nhas directed that such appeals be taken to such term, in which case the\nappeal shall be taken to the appellate term.\n
