§ 130. Special use permits. The board shall have the authority to\nissue temporary permits for carrying on activities consistent with the\npolicy and purpose of this chapter with respect to cannabis. No special\nuse permit shall extend for a period longer than ninety days and shall\nnot be renewable, except where a permit is being issued to a licensee as\ndefined in article four of this chapter. A special use permit shall be\nissued pursuant to an abbreviated application process. The special use\npermit holder shall have ninety days in which to become fully licensed\nby satisfying all of the remaining conditions for licensure which were\nnot required for the issuance of the special use permit.\n The board may set reasonable fees for such permits and make rules and\nregulations to implem
