§ 134. Actions for penalties. All actions for penalties and\nforfeitures imposed in this chapter, or for damages, on behalf of the\nstate including the corporation, shall be prosecuted in the name of the\ncorporation, by the corporation, unless otherwise specifically provided.\nAll money recovered in such actions shall be accounted for and paid into\nthe canal fund. The imposition or recovery of any such penalty or\nforfeiture shall not be a bar to recovery of any damages resulting to\nthe corporation or any person, because of such violation.\n
