§ 111. Effect of invalidity of part of chapter; severability.\n If any provision of this chapter or application thereof to any person\nor circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other\nprovisions or applications of this chapter which can be given effect\nwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the\nprovisions of this chapter are declared severable.\n
