§ 587 — Authority of superintendent
§ 587. Authority of superintendent. The superintendent is hereby\nauthorized and empowered to make, in addition hereto and not\ninconsistent herewith, such general rules and regulations, and such\nspecific rulings, demands, and findings as he may deem necessary for the\nproper conduct of the business authorized and licensed hereunder and for\nthe enforcement of this article.\n
