§ 581 — Conditions for issuance of a license; procedure where application denied
§ 581. Conditions for issuance of a license; procedure where\napplication denied.
1.Upon the filing of an application for a license,\nif the superintendent shall find that the financial responsibility,\nexperience, character, and general fitness of the applicant, and of the\nofficers and directors thereof are such as to command the confidence of\nthe community and to warrant belief that the business will be operated\nhonestly, fairly, and efficiently within the purposes of this article,\nhe or she shall thereupon issue a license in duplicate to engage in\nbudget planning in accordance with the provisions of this article. The\nsuperintendent shall transmit one copy of such license to the applicant\nand file another in the office of the department of financial services.\nSuch license shal
