§ 255. Reports to superintendent; penalty for failure to make.

1.On\nor before the first day of February in each year every savings bank\nshall make a written report to the superintendent, which shall contain a\nstatement of its conditions as of the morning of the first day of\nJanuary of such year. Such report shall contain such information and be\nin such form as the superintendent may prescribe and shall be subscribed\nby the president or a vice-president and another principal officer and\naffirmed by such officers as true under the penalties of perjury.\n 2. Every savings bank shall also make such other special reports to\nthe superintendent as he may from time to time require, in such form and\nat such date as may be prescribed by him and such reports shall, if\nrequired by him, b
