  § 253. Official communications from department of financial services\nto be submitted to trustees and noted in minutes. Every official\ncommunication, as defined in article two of this chapter, shall be\nsubmitted by the officer receiving it to the board of trustees at the\nnext meeting of such board, and duly noted in the minutes.\n
