§ 227-C — Separability of provisions
§ 227-c. Separability of provisions. If any provision of this article,\nor the application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall\nbe held invalid, the remainder of this article, and the application of\nsuch provisions thereof to persons or circumstances other than those as\nto which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.\n
