§ 73-a. Unlawful sale of tuberculous cattle. A person who knowingly\nsells, except under the supervision of the commissioner of agriculture\nand markets, any bovine animal in which tuberculosis shall have been\nindicated as a result of the tuberculin test, is guilty of a\nmisdemeanor.\n
