§ 73. Report of disease. Every person shall immediately report to the\ncommissioner the existence among animals of any infectious or\ncommunicable disease coming to his knowledge. Every report shall be in\nwriting and shall include a description of the diseased animal or\nanimals, the location thereof, the name of the disease suspected, and,\nif known, the name and address of the owner or person in charge of such\nanimal or animals.\n
