§ 147-d. Misrepresentations prohibited. No person shall sell or offer\nfor sale or advertise for sale any soil or plant inoculant if the\npackage containing it, or the label or tag attached thereto, or any\nadvertising relative to it, shall bear any statement or device regarding\nsuch soil or plant inoculant which is false or misleading in any\nparticular.\n
