§ 147-a. Definition. Soil or plant inoculants shall include any\ncarrier or culture of a specific micro-organism or mixture of\nmicro-organisms represented to improve the soil or the growth, quality,\nor yield of plants, and shall also include any seed or fertilizer\nrepresented to be inoculated with such a culture.\n
