§ 130. Labeling.
1.A commercial feed, except a customer-formula feed,\nshall be accompanied by a label bearing the following information:\n (a) The net weight.\n (b) The product name and the brand name, if any, under which the\ncommercial feed is distributed.\n (c) The guaranteed analysis stated in such terms as the commissioner\nby regulation determines is required to advise the user of the\ncomposition of the feed or to support claims made in the labeling. In\nall cases the substances or elements must be determinable by laboratory\nmethods such as the methods published by the Association of Official\nAnalytical Chemists.\n (d) The common or usual name of each ingredient used in the\nmanufacture of a commercial feed, provided, that the commissioner by\nregulation may permit the use
