§ 451. Powers and duties. The county commissioner of public welfare\nshall:\n 1. Have all the powers and perform all the duties conferred on or\nrequired of a county commissioner of public welfare under the social\nwelfare law.\n 2. Have charge of the county home, county hospital, and any other\npublic welfare institution maintained by the county.\n 3. Perform such additional and related duties as may be delegated to\nhim by county act.\n
