§ 206. Organization of departments and offices. Subject to approval by\nthe board of supervisors of the county, the county executive may\norganize departments and offices into such divisions, bureaus or offices\nand make such assignments of functions, powers and duties among them,\nand from time to time change such organization or assignments, as he may\nconsider advisable.\n
