§ 59.15. State and city not liable on bonds. The bonds and other\nobligations of the Planetarium Authority shall not be a debt of the\nstate of New York or city of New York and neither the state nor such\ncity shall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds\nother than those of the Planetarium Authority.\n
