§ 59.07. Powers of the Planetarium Authority. The Planetarium\nAuthority shall have power:\n 1. To sue and be sued;\n 2. To have a seal and alter the same at pleasure;\n 3. To acquire, hold and dispose of personal property for its corporate\npurposes;\n 4. To make by-laws for the management and regulation of its affairs;\n 5. To use the agents, employees and facilities of The American Museum\nof Natural History, paying its proper proportion of the compensation or\ncost;\n 6. To appoint officers and agents;\n 7. To make contracts and to execute all instruments necessary or\nconvenient;\n 8. By contract or contracts or by its own employees, to construct such\nplanetarium building, together with incidental machinery, equipment and\nfacilities;\n 9. To purchase or construct, or acqu
