§ 54.13. Moneys of the trust.
1.The head of the division of the\ntreasury in the department of taxation and finance shall be the\ncustodian of the funds of the trust. Disbursements from the funds of the\ntrust shall be made by the custodian or such person as may be authorized\nby him only upon warrants signed by the chairperson of the trust or an\nofficial thereof authorized to do so.\n 2. The comptroller of the state and his legally authorized\nrepresentatives are hereby authorized and empowered from time to time to\nexamine the accounts and books of the trust including its receipts,\ndisbursements, contracts, investments and any other matters relating to\nits financial standing.
