§ 54.11. Services provided by state officials.
1.The attorney general\nshall furnish any and all necessary legal services and advice, including\nexamination of title to real property, required to assist the trust in\naccomplishing its corporate services.\n 2. The commissioner of education shall advise the trust with respect\nto the custody, use, cataloging, restoration, deaccessioning, and\ncontrol of original documents, artifacts and furnishings having unique\nhistoric significance.\n
