§ 4.09. Appointment of curator and other employees.
1.The chairman,\nwith the concurrence of the commission and the commissioner of general\nservices, shall appoint a curator who shall serve at the pleasure of the\ncommission. The commission shall prescribe powers and duties of the\ncurator and shall fix his or her compensation within the amounts\nappropriated therefor.\n 2. The commission may appoint such employees of the commission as it\nmay require, prescribe their powers and duties and fix their\ncompensation within the amounts appropriated therefor.\n
