§ 37.11. Prevention of personal injuries at carnivals, fairs and\namusement parks. The commissioner of labor may make rules guarding\nagainst personal injuries in the assembly, disassembly and use of\namusement devices and temporary structures at carnivals, fairs and\namusement parks to persons employed at or to persons attending the\ncarnivals, fairs and amusement parks where the carnivals, fairs and\namusement parks are located outside the city of New York, and where the\ncarnivals, fairs and amusement parks are located within the city of New\nYork, the department of buildings of the city of New York may make and\nenforce such rules.\n
