§ 37.05. Theatrical employment; financial investigations and security.\nA theatrical employment agent shall investigate whether or not any\nemployer (person, firm or corporation) who is offering employment to an\napplicant for employment, has defaulted in the payment of salaries, fees\nor other compensation to any performer or group of performers or has\nleft stranded any performing companies or individuals or groups, during\nthe five years preceding the date of the application. An agent shall not\nprocure or undertake to procure employment or engagements on the part of\nany performer or groups of performers for an employer who has failed to\npay salaries, fees or other compensation, or who has left stranded any\nperformer or groups of performers or any performing companies or\nindividua
