* § 25.09. Ticket speculators.

1.Any person who in violation of\nsection 25.13 of this article unlawfully resells or offers to resell or\nsolicits the purchase of any ticket to any place of entertainment shall\nbe guilty of ticket speculation.\n 2. Any person, firm or corporation which in violation of section 25.13\nof this article unlawfully resells, offers to resell, or purchases with\nthe intent to resell five or more tickets to any place of entertainment\nshall be guilty of aggravated ticket speculation.\n * NB Effective until July 1, 2026\n * § 25.09. Suspension or revocation of licenses. In the event that any\nlicensee shall be guilty of any fraud or misrepresentation or otherwise\nviolate any of the provisions of this article or any other law or local\nordinance, such commissi
