* § 25.08. Additional printing on tickets. Every operator of a place\nof entertainment having a permanent seating capacity in excess of five\nthousand persons shall, if a price be charged for admission thereto,\nprint or endorse in a clear and legible manner on each ticket, "This\nticket may not be resold within one thousand five hundred feet from the\nphysical structure of this place of entertainment under penalty of law".\n * NB Repealed July 1, 2026\n
