§ 13.07. Construction.

1.The rights and liabilities created by this\narticle shall be construed to be in addition to and not in substitution,\nexclusion or displacement of other rights and liabilities provided by\nlaw, including the law of principal and agent, except where such\nconstruction would, as a matter of law, be unreasonable.\n 2. No art merchant who, as buyer, is excluded from obtaining the\nbenefits of an express warranty under this article shall thereby be\ndeprived of the benefits of any other provision of law.\n
