§ 13.03. Falsifying certificates of authenticity or any similar\nwritten instrument. A person who, with intent to defraud, deceive or\ninjure another, makes, utters or issues a certificate of authenticity or\nany similar written instrument for a work of fine art attesting to\nmaterial facts which the work does not in fact possess is guilty of a\nclass A misdemeanor.\n
