§ 92-a. Alcohol distributors' permits. 1. (c) A class "c" permit shall\nauthorize the holder thereof to sell and distribute alcohol to holders\nof permits issued pursuant to section ninety-two of this chapter and to\nuse alcohol in the preparation by him of any of the products enumerated\nin section ninety-one of this chapter. Such a permit may be applied for\nby and shall be issued only to a wholesale druggist. (d) A class "d"\npermit shall authorize the holder thereof to sell and distribute alcohol\nto the holder of winery licenses. Such permits shall be issued only to a\nperson holding a winery license under this chapter.\n Such permits shall be issued in such form as may be prescribed by the\nliquor authority, and the privileges granted thereby shall be exercised\nin accordance with the terms and conditions thereof and the rules of the\nliquor authority.\n 3. The annual fee for a distributor's alcohol permit, class "a," shall\nbe sixteen hundred dollars.\n 4. The annual fee for a distributor's alcohol permit, class "b," shall\nbe eight hundred dollars.\n 5. The annual fee for a distributor's alcohol permit, class "c," shall\nbe one hundred sixty dollars.\n 6. The annual fee for a distributor's alcohol permit, class "d," shall\nbe three hundred eighty-four dollars.\n 7. Such distributors' alcohol permits shall be effective for a license\nyear expiring on the thirty-first day of December following the date of\nissuance, and the fee prescribed therefor by this section shall be the\nfee due and payable therefor, and shall be paid in advance at the time\nthe application shall be made as provided by this section.\n When application for any permit under this section is made, after the\nfirst day of January in any year, the fee therefor shall, for the\nbalance of the year, be in proportion as the remainder of such year\nshall bear to the whole year, except, that it shall in no case be for\nless than one-half of such year.\n
