§ 92. Alcohol permit.
1.The liquor authority is hereby authorized to\nissue special permits for the purchase of alcohol to the superintendent,\nor duly authorized officer, of a hospital, museum, laboratory, art,\ncharitable, educational, or similar public institution, or to a drug\nstore, or licensed physician, dentist, veterinarian, optometrist and\nchiropodist, or to a manufacturing establishment using alcohol in its\nprocesses of manufacture.\n 2. Such permit shall be issued in such form as prescribed by the\nliquor authority and shall permit the purchase and use of such alcohol\nfor the purpose named in such permit and in accordance with the terms\nand conditions thereof and the rules of the liquor authority.\n 3.
