§ 92. Alcohol permit. 1. The liquor authority is hereby authorized to\nissue special permits for the purchase of alcohol to the superintendent,\nor duly authorized officer, of a hospital, museum, laboratory, art,\ncharitable, educational, or similar public institution, or to a drug\nstore, or licensed physician, dentist, veterinarian, optometrist and\nchiropodist, or to a manufacturing establishment using alcohol in its\nprocesses of manufacture.\n 2. Such permit shall be issued in such form as prescribed by the\nliquor authority and shall permit the purchase and use of such alcohol\nfor the purpose named in such permit and in accordance with the terms\nand conditions thereof and the rules of the liquor authority.\n 3. Such permit shall be issued for a calendar year, and the fee\ntherefor shall be six dollars per year or for any part thereof.\n 4. Any person who shall knowingly sell any alcohol for beverage\npurposes or who shall sell the same under circumstances from which he\nmight reasonably deduce the intention of the purchaser to use it for\nsuch purposes, shall be subject to the penalties provided for in this\nchapter.\n
