§ 79-a. Authorization to sell wine products by certain licensees for\nconsumption off the premises.
1.Any person licensed to sell beer at\nretail for consumption off the premises, pursuant to section fifty-four\nof this chapter, shall, by virtue of such license and upon payment to\nthe liquor authority of an additional fee in the sum of one hundred\nsixty-five dollars in cities having a population of one hundred thousand\nor over and eighty-three dollars elsewhere, be granted authorization to\nsell from the licensed premises wine products in sealed containers for\nconsumption off such premises. Upon receipt of such additional fee, the\nliquor authority shall promptly issue a permit authorizing such sales by\nthe licensee.\n 2. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, any p
