§ 79. Seven day license to sell wine at retail for consumption off the\npremises.

1.The procedure set forth in section sixty-three of this\nchapter shall apply so far as applicable to applications for seven day\nlicenses to sell wine at retail for off-premise consumption. Such seven\nday license shall in form and in substance be a license to the person\nspecifically licensed to sell wine at retail for off-premise\nconsumption.\n 1-a. The liquor authority shall convert all current licenses to sell\nwine at retail for consumption off the premises to seven day licenses to\nsell wine at retail for consumption off the premises pursuant to\nsubdivision three of section seventy-five of this article.
