* § 846. Programs for the aging. To provide that the interests of the\nelderly are sufficiently represented in the considerations of the local\ncriminal justice coordinating councils, as may be formed pursuant to the\nfederal omnibus crime control and safe streets act of nineteen hundred\nsixty-eight, as amended, such councils shall include at least one member\nwho is a representative of persons aged sixty and over.\n * NB There are 2 § 846's\n
