§ 841-D — Saving clause

§ 841-d. Saving clause. In case it be judicially determined that any\nphrase, clause, part, paragraph or section of any of the provisions of\nsection eight hundred forty-one-a, eight hundred forty-one-b, or eight\nhundred forty-one-c of this article is unconstitutional or otherwise\ninvalid, such determination shall not affect the validity or effect of\nthe remaining provisions of the aforementioned sections.\n
