§ 2119. School district trustee not to draw draft on county treasurer\nin certain cases. A school district trustee who issues an order or\ndraws a draft on a county treasurer, district treasurer or collector or\nother disbursing officer of such district for any money, unless there is\nat the time sufficient money in the hands of such county treasurer,\ndistrict treasurer or collector or other disbursing officer belonging to\nthe district to meet such order or draft, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
