  § 2115. Notice of appointment to fill vacancy and filing thereof.\nEvery appointment to fill a vacancy shall be forthwith filed, by the\ndistrict superintendent or trustees making it, in the office of the\ndistrict clerk, who shall immediately give notice of the appointment to\nthe person appointed.\n
