Text

Any such municipal corporation so entering this state for the purpose of doing business herein shall be subject to all of the laws of this state and all of the regulations of this state specifically applicable to any particular business or activity in which such municipalities may engage, as the same are now, or hereafter may be made, applicable to foreign corporations doing like or similar business or work in this state.
