Text
On filing certified copies of charters, papers or other instruments and the certificate of acceptance as required by NRS 270B.010, and paying the fees required by NRS 270B.020, the Secretary of State shall issue to any such municipal corporation a certificate certifying that the filings have been made and fees paid, and that the municipal corporation is authorized under the laws of the State of Nevada to do business within this State.
