Text
By the fifteenth day of each month, the state registrar shall send to the employment security division a report, certified as correct over his signature or the signature of his authorized representative, containing the name, date of birth, date of death, address, sex and social security number, where available, of each person who died in the state within the preceding calendar month. The employment security division unemployment insurance bureau chief shall have custody of these reports. Such reports shall be confidential and shall not be considered as public records under the provisions of Sections 14-2-1 through 14-2-3 [repealed] NMSA 1978.
