Text

A. Information obtained from any employing unit or individual pursuant to the administration of the Unemployment Compensation Law and determinations as to benefit rights of any individual are confidential and shall not be disclosed or be open to public inspection in any manner revealing the individual's or employing unit's identity, except that such information may be made available to those designated persons and agencies, and for purposes specified in regulations issued by the secretary. B. Information will be provided from the records of the department only pursuant to an agreement which specifies in addition to other requirements established by the secretary:

(1)the express purpose for which the information will be used;
(2)assurances that the requesting party will protect the confid
