§ 47-13-5 — Disclosure of certain distributed energy generation
systems. The requirements of the Distributed Generation Disclosure Act [57-31-1 to 57-31-5 NMSA 1978] shall not apply to a transaction involving the sale or transfer of the real property on which the distributed energy generation system is located.
