§ 3-7-8 — Annexation; arbitration; appointment of three members by

New Mexico·Ch. 3 Municipalities·Art. 7 Annexation of Territory
municipality. Before the day of election required in the territory proposed to be annexed, the governing body of the municipality proposing to annex the territory shall appoint three members of the board of arbitration who shall be qualified electors and owners of real property within the municipality.
