§ 3-1-3 — Municipalities; name; prohibiting the use of name of another

municipality. Any municipality may be known as the: A. "city of ............"; B. "town of ............"; or C. "village of ............"; but no municipality which changes its name or incorporates shall adopt the name of an existing municipality.
