Text
As used in the Metropolitan Boundary Act for Class A Counties: A. "county" means the county in which the municipality or land is situated; B. "district court" means the district court of the district in which the municipality or land is situated; C. "local public body" means every political subdivision of the state which is empowered to receive or expend public money from whatever source derived; D. "publish" or "publication" means printing in a newspaper which maintains an office in the county and is of general circulation within the county; and E. "municipality" means all municipalities having a population over one hundred thousand and located within a class A county, but only as to that land located within a conservancy district.
