Text
A. To collect the assessment authorized in Section 3-48-4 NMSA 1978, the governing body shall have prepared an assessment roll. The assessment roll shall list, in columns:
(1)the name of the owner, if known, of the parcel of real estate being assessed;
(2)a description of the parcel of real estate being assessed;
(3)the amount assessed against each parcel of real estate; and (4) describe, in general terms, the removal and what was removed from the real estate being assessed. B. The municipal clerk shall publish a notice stating that the assessment roll for delinquent refuse collection charges due the municipality is on file in the office of the municipal clerk and the time and place when the governing body will hear appeals or protests by any person aggrieved by the assessment.
