Text
The cemetery board shall: A. take charge of the cemetery belonging to the municipality; B. have the management of the cemetery; C. recommend rules and regulations for the operation, management, care and custody of the cemetery; D. employ a sexton and other employees necessary for the care, maintenance and beautification of the cemetery; and E. prescribe the manner and place of burials.
