New Mexico Statutes
§ 3-33-8 — Improvement district; powers of a municipality outside its
boundaries. Every municipality shall have the power to construct improvements authorized by Chapter 3, Article 33 NMSA 1978 on any location within the boundaries of the county in which the municipality is located.
