Text
of copy. The certificate of association shall be acknowledged as required for deeds of real estate and shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state, and a copy of the certificate, duly certified by the secretary of state, shall be recorded in the office of the county clerk of the county or counties where the lands or works are located. The certificate or a copy thereof duly certified by the secretary of state or county clerk shall be evidence in all courts and places.
